This 6 bedroom villa in St Martin is located in a gated community with only thirteen other homes and offers spacious interiors with approximately 7,500 square feet of indoor living space. This luxury villa for rent in St Martin is slightly elevated so boasts a beautiful view of Baie Rouge Beach and the neighbouring island of Anguilla. 
There is a media room with a huge flat screen TV and a reading area , a large gazebo overlooking the ocean plus there is an indoor dining opening to a terrace . Villa Arena can be rented as 5 or 6 bedroom villa in St Martin and a good size Private Pool - 34’ x 17’
