The quiet clear waters of one of the most stunning beaches in St Martin, Baie Rouge is just steps away from the villa and features activities such as snorkelling.  The generously size pool deck, exquisite pool and waterfall which comes complete with fibre optic lighting provides a glorious relaxing vision under the night time stars.

The pool area also includes a bar area, a separate dining area for those delicious afternoon lunches and a stainless steel BBQ. There are numerous ways to take in the beaming sunshine - under the poolside gazebo or on the rooftop sundeck where you can appreciate the breath taking ocean and bay views.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms consist of king size beds with plush pillow-top mattresses with large ensuite marble bathrooms with showers. The views from the bedrooms are just as breath taking as those from the patio or rooftop sundeck. iPod docks in the bedrooms mean that you can take in the views with any music of your choice. The bedrooms are placed in such a way to assure total privacy.  The master bedroom opens into the main living area, the second bedroom opens to the outdoor great room where the sound of the birds singing in the morning will be a substitute for your alarm.  Two of the other bedrooms are situated in their own cottages and there is a two bedroom suite with its own living room and plasma TV.

Living room:

Designed by a New York Designer, the living space is filled with luxurious elegant, furniture and artwork.  The living room offers a spacious area perfect for entertaining a large number of guests who can enjoy the state of the art sound system. The main living room includes a Large LCD 1080ip TV with surround sound in a theatre like setting, DVD, iPod dock, and wifi internet.

The kitchen is fully stocked with Bosch and Viking appliances and stainless steel counter tops.  A gourmet chef and catering is availble on request.
