Villa Peponi is a comfortable, well appointed 4 bedroom villa located on the Cap Estate that is ideal for couples or families to enjoy a villa holiday in St Lucia. The accommodation of Villa Peponi in St Lucia is between the split level main house ( 2 bedrooms including a Master and a second twin/king) and 2 adjacent cottages, Flamboyant Cottage which is connected to the main house and has an indoor dining room and 1 bedroom and Allamanda Cottage which is a few steps away from the main house and has 1 bedroom. The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and each with its own en suite bathroom.

Villa Peponi St Lucia is situated in an acre of gently sloping, fenced garden on Saline Point, Cap Estate in the North of the island and has fabulous views from the terrace and the gardens of the Estate, Pigeon Island and the Caribbean Sea.
The main house is built on a split level, the lower level offers a sitting room with rattan furniture, Cable TV, DVD player, a stereo radio/CD/ cassette player and opens onto a large covered patio with dining for up to 8 people. On the upper level is a well equipped kitchen next to a dining area and adjacent breakfast balcony.
Flamboyant Cottage is connected to the main house by a spacious tiled terrace built above and around the swimming pool. The cottage has an indoor dining room for 8 with its own fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with king size bed and TV. There are loungers provided along with sun shades and roller awnings for those who wish to take a break from the sunshine.

Allamanda Cottage is typical Caribbean style cottage with lots of colour and is located in the gardens a few steps from the main house. The cottage has its own tiled, shaded patio, queen size bed, TV, sink and a small fridge.

The garden of Villa Peponi St Lucia are spacious and beautifully landscaped and filled various tropical plants, fruit and decorative trees and flowers. Within the gardens are numerous areas to relax, including a gazebo or a shaded bench to sit back and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, the island birds and of course some spectacular sunsets. The grounds of the property are fenced and there is a remotely controlled gated entrance, there is also a Security System and a safe.

For golf lovers the Cap Estate Golf and Country Club with its 18 hole championship golf course is a short drive away around 5 minutes.  Anse du Cap beach is about a 10 minute walk away and Rodney Bay with its shopping, restaurants and entertainment facilities is about a 10 minute drive way.
