La Paloma is a luxury 5 bedroom villa situated in the residential area of Vigie, within a 5 minute drive of Vigie Beach and 10 minutes drive to Castries and the duty free area of Pointe Seraphine. The villa has been tastefully furnished in a Caribbean/Mexican style surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and enjoys a spectacular views across the Caribbean Sea to Martinique and Pigeon Point.
La Paloma is nestled on a cliff side which is fenced and so is safe for small children. Its style is that of Mexican and Caribbean combined offering spacious patios and courtyards throughout. There is a tiled sun deck with comfortable seating, a U-shaped swimming pool with adjacent smaller pool for children and parasols to provide some shade from the St Lucia sunshine.

You enter the villa through Antique Mexican doors into a courtyard with a fountain, beautiful terra cotta tiles and a lush garden of grape and passion fruit vines.

The top floor consists of an air conditioned master bedroom with King size bed and en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a double four posted bed, with ceiling fan and en suite shower room. There is a large sitting/dining room with Cablevision TV and CD and cassette stereo, which leads onto a spacious patio running the whole length of the property and into the garden, enjoying a spectacular sea view.

The lower floor is linked by an interior staircase and consists of a further bedroom with air conditioning a double four poster bed and en suite shower room. Bedroom 4, has twin beds with a fan and bedroom 5, has air conditioning and a king size bed, these 2 rooms share a shower room.
