The apartments – 1 - 2 apartments and 3 bedroom penthouses overlook the magnificent communal pool, and each apartment is beautifully furnished blending a hint of Caribbean and Plantation styles, with hardwood floors, louvered windows and 4 poster beds in the master bedrooms. The modern amenities are also available with TV, DVD and CD players, and fully equipped kitchen.

The Terracotta townhouses – these have 3 en-suite bedrooms, an open plan living and dining room, private pool and rooftop decks with Jacuzzis, garden, outdoor dining and a private pool.

Villas – there are 3 and 4 bedroom villas, each individually furnished to the owners preference with spacious indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, including a gazebo and a private pool. The villas come with a personal butler service and daily housekeeping. Your personal butler is on hand to take care of all your request, from booking a restaurant or spa treatment, advise on local excursions, arrange tee off times, babysitter or simply to take your order for breakfast, what your need your butler is there for you. The villas are equipped with TV, DVD, CD players with speakers taking your chosen music to the outdoor terrace.

The beach is a large breezy bay facing the Atlantic Ocean which is sheltered by a reef. The sand is volcanic so a little darker, with shallow waters for swimming and a great spot for kite surfing or horse back riding along the beach.

Dining at Cotton Bay Village is varied and open to the choices of each guest, the Beach Club serves food all day from breakfast to dinner on the beachfront deck, or in the “Piazza” ( the village square) there is the champagne bar and fine dining restaurant offering a delightful menu of Mediterranean/Caribbean flavours in stylish surroundings. Also in the square is the Deli and convenience store “Bruschetta” to stop for a mid-morning coffee and a Danish pastry before picking up your groceries. For guests in the villas a private dinner, or a BBQ can be cooked in comfort of the villa for you or indeed order breakfast, lunch or dinner from the restaurant menu and have it served in your poolside gazebo by your personal butler.

Cotton Bay is a quiet and peaceful retreat, and to complete your stay why not visit the Casuarina Spa and Fitness Centre, choose from one of the many treatments and re-unite your body, soul and spirit. For children from 3 -7 there is also the “The Hummingbird Club” which provides a daily programme of activities ( with the help from the local Montessori Centre) both on land and water based, including arts, crafts, stories, board games, puzzles, singing plus for older children there is beach play area. Children under 3 can be accommodated accompanied by a nanny which can be arranged if necessary.
