Cinnamon Beach provides an open-air lifestyle built on split levels within the hillside, with spacious, wooden wraparound decking, and a combination of Mediterranean and Caribbean architecture, it is decorated with a distinctive eye and the owners personal touch. The cool interior, with its tasteful dιcor and furnishings, creates a friendly welcoming atmosphere soothed by the soft breeze whistling constantly through the surrounding trees coupled with the songs from the tropical birds and the ocean waves from the nearby beach. On the first level there is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living room, with local wood floors, louvered doors and handcrafted furniture.

The second level contains three bedrooms (accessible externally) including the master bedroom with a 4 poster king size bed, private deck, leading to a roof-top sun terrace, and a special en-suite bathroom, which includes central island and a triangular Jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms off the master bedroom each contain a queen size bed and are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning, they share a bathroom which has a feature rock face wall on one side, bringing the natural surroundings inside.

A colourful flower garden, makes up part of the half-acre of landscaped grounds, with garden steps leading from the villa to the pool, which is surrounded by a large sun terrace and a gazebo. The villa is within a short walk from the Caribbean Sea at Trouya Bay where you can swim and snorkel from the edge of the beach
