Villa Cocoteraie is a beautifully decorated villa, which was completed in 2004 by the owner, who is an interior designer. This magnificent three bedroom villa is set in landscaped gardens providing a luxury oasis where guests can relax in the privacy of peaceful surroundings. It is located on the North West of St Barths, in the exclusive private community, Domaine du Levant.

The accommodation consists of a main living room which has large screen TV, dining area and opens up to the stunning views. There is a gourmet kitchen, guest bathroom and a large swimming pool that features a fountain and a pool for children.

One king size bedroom with en-suite bath overlook the pool and terrace area and the other two king-size en-suite bedrooms are identical and are located in a separate pavilion on the other side of the pool where they share a common open deck as well as a covered sitting area. There are additional comfortable sitting/living areas either side of the pool. A large sun deck and gazebo overlooks the picturesque view and this elegant villa is within walking distance of the beach at Petit Cul de Sac.
