Palm Beach Villa has breathtaking sea views from everywhere in the house, including 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. It is the only beach villa to feature a deck bang on the seafront with a hammock suspended directly over the sea so you can sip your drink with the waves lapping the shore underneath you.

Palm Beach Villa boasts a huge infinity pool (14 m) as well as a small cocktail pool.  There is also a beautiful garden designed to feel as if you are sat on the beach itself - with the sand having come from Flamand's beach.  The garden, decorated in red and purple bougainvilleas and tropical exotic plants is the perfect place to relax under the hot caribbean sun.  Palm Beach Villa also comes with a massage area, gym and home cinema if the caribbean sun gets too hot for you.

The main house includes a very comfortable large living room, a bar area, a gourmet air conditioned kitchen and a formal dining room with a large table. The dining room itself offers breathtaking views over the island and the sea and sliding doors can be closed to create a slightly more intimate feel for dinner.

Bedrooms

Located next to the dining room, the modern design Master bedroom with its colonial 4 poster king size bed overlooks the sea. Its en suite bathroom is spacious, with a large dressing area, twin sinks, a tub, private toilets and a fabulous rain shower. The 3 other bedrooms - one next to the master bedroom and two other to the far side of the sitting room also have en suite bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms have stunning views and open onto a private outdoor seating area. A pavilion situated at the top of the property features a kitchenette, dining area and king bedroom with en suite bathroom - ideal for friends, teenagers or a nanny.  All bedrooms have: plasma TV, DVD players, CD players, air conditioning, safes and hairdryers.

Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen is air conditioned and features a gas and electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer (extra fridge available if necessary), ice maker, wine cellar, coffee and espresso machines, toaster, blender.  The kitchen opens onto the living and dining rooms and has bar stools around the central block.  There is also a BBQ outside.
