Frangipani Villa –
This three bedroom contemporary style villa is based around a large private central pool and living space with dark wood furniture, white washed walls with eclectic pieces of art, and flashes of vibrant Eden Rock colour which can be found in the sumptuous fabrics used around the villa. The modern kitchen is at the back of the property and opens out with a view over the pool. On the floor above is a bedroom with private bathroom, terrace and Jacuzzi. The front of the villa contains two further bedrooms with private terraces and bathrooms all looking out over the bay.

The Howard Hughes Loft Suite – sleeps 2 guests
A luxury loft suite built across the whole top floor of the main Eden Rock house, with 360
degree spell-binding views of the reef, the turquoise ocean and the island, an ideal honeymoon choice. The hand made hardwood bed faces an east balcony for sparkling sunrises, whilst the west facing balcony offers glorious sunsets. There are two separate matching bathrooms contain Phillip Stark contents moulded by exquisitely fitted mosaic tiles, one with a large shower and the other with a large bath. The walls are clad with rivetted square copper sheeting, relating to the early engineering tradition of The Hughes Tool Company era.
Waterlily House – sleeps 2 guests
This one bedroom suite located right on the beach has an infinity pool at
the front overlooking the ocean and a spa pool on the large terrace. The rooms are decorated in the contemporary style theme, with furniture in varying warm shades of wood, opening up on to the terrace and the surrounding small garden.
James’s Suite – sleeps 2
This extremely spacious suite sits at the foot of the rock right on the waters edge. Its sumptuously large bathroom has a sunken bath, double cascade shower adjoin a lovely designer bedroom with which takes full advantage of one of the greatest ocean views in the French Caribbean before opening out in front of the private pool, deck and Jacuzzi.

Orchid House – sleeps 2
A one-bedroom house on two levels, with a ground floor living area containing
a well equipped modern kitchen, sitting room which opens out on to the terrace
leading to the beach. The rear terrace from the kitchen contains a Jacuzzi.
The bedroom is upstairs and has great views straight out to sea.
Jasmin and Ixora Houses – sleeps 4
2-bedroom houses on two floors with master bedroom and bathroom on the
upper level, second bedroom/sitting room downstairs, with large terraces
front and rear, Jacuzzi, kitchen and views towards the beach and sea.
Premium Suites
Michael’s Suite – sleeps 2
An exclusive and spacious one-bedroom suite with a separate sitting area,
jacuzzi and easy access to the beach. It has been beautifully designed throughout, with a sumptuous bathroom incorporating Philippe Starck fittings with a free-standing bath and separate shower plus fixtures and furnishings by French designer Philippe Hurel, in warm Caribbean shades of orange with rich dark woods. There is also a large terrace, complete with day beds and bar, encompassing both the west and east side of the suite overlooking the ocean.
Harbour House - sleeps 2
The home of Eden Rock’s proprietors ,when they are away this beautiful house is available to rent, personally designed in mauves and yellows with original oil paintings combined with the individual touches for which Eden Rock is well known. It has a large hand-carved wooden king-size bed, private bathroom with shower and a sitting area leading on to a large terrace overlooking St Jean Bay. Also, at the rear of the house there is a private garden courtyard with a hand-mosaic plunge pool.
Greta Garbo Suite – sleeps 2
A delightfully outrageous, one bedroom suite with a wrap around balcony on three sides, overlooking the turquoise waters and coral reef below. The centre piece is an enormous hand made bed of hard wood and beautifully dimpled white deer run leather, lit with star lights set in the circular plinth ceiling above, which forms the outline for the purple voile drapes that fall to the floor surrounding the bed. White and gold miniature mosaic tiles are carefully carefully through the Phillip Stark equipped bathroom located behind the bed and has a separate bath and shower.
Fregate Suite – sleeps 2
Split-level suite in a Greek style with shades of blue, pale washed ceilings, and a large king-size bedroom and bathroom (shower only), creatively tiled by a well-known local artist, on the upper level. The sitting room on the lower level leads on to a very large balcony facing the sea, with a pergola for shade, plus a further private terrace with Jacuzzi.
Fontaine Suite – sleeps 4
Fontaine Suite has been joined with Case à Vent cabin (a separate small
cottage) to create a 2-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The suite is very
private, decorated in warm colourful shades with antique mirrors and
original paintings, and includes an enchanting walled garden terrace with its own private pool. A walkway connects the suite to the beach and rock.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath and shower, situated on the rock with views of the ocean. There is also a covered terrace made out of the rock with private beach access. The 2nd bedroom in the cottage adjacent to the main suite, looks out on to the private garden terrace. It has 2 single beds, with a bathroom (shower only) in separate building one metre away.

Top floor suite (above Flamboyant Suite) decorated in shades of pinks and yellows with antique furniture, a hand-carved king-size 4-poster bed and bathroom with bath and shower. Spacious balconies on either side of the suite, to watch the sunset. A 3rd person can be accommodated on a sofa bed.
Treasure Suite – sleeps 2
A private, romantic I bedroom suite, with luxuriant décor in rich shades. a king size 4-poster bed, private bathroom with large shower, using the rock on one side to form a wall, which is partly open to the Caribbean sky. Situated right by the sea with its own private access, and a large covered terrace with views over the ocean.
De Haenen Suite – sleeps 2
A very private suite with breathtaking views of the ocean decorated in a stunning mix of turquoise, lime and white, to reflect the ocean. It has a king-size 4-poster bed, private bathroom built into the rock face with walk in shower. A truly unique setting on the edge of the rock with panoramic views of the ocean. Large covered terrace on three sides with table and chairs and sun loungers.
Flamboyant Suite – sleeps 3
Ground floor suite (underneath Treetops Suite) decorated with a Caribbean flavoured fabrics of pinks and yellows with flashes of red. It has a 4-posterbed, large bathroom and a terrace leading on to the garden. A sitting area is located in an alcove off the bedroom, which has sliding doors for complete privacy.
An extra person can be accommodated in a sitting room area, this is ideal for guests with a child/teenager.
The Reef – sleeps 2
A new and unusual one bedroom suite which has been created out of the rock beneath the main hotel. The spacious bedroom leads onto an open terrace at sea level. The style is contemporary, using the dark wood furniture, white washed walls, pieces of art and flashes of colour in the sumptuous fabrics.

There are two restaurants and bars - the Sand Bar and Pub for a relaxed barefoot lunch and drinks on the beach and the On-The-Rocks Restaurant & Tapas Bar for Jean Claude Dufour’s fusion cuisine, cocktails high on the rock over the reef and good music at night.
Dress Code is Informal during the day and elegant casual attire in the evening. No jacket or tie are required.
