Each Villa is very private and set on a 1 - 1.5 acre plot of tropical plantation and have been enjoyed by a selection of high profile guests. The property is private yet well located to access the amenities of Ocho Rios for shopping, sightseeing, water-sports, dining and other entertainment.

Wag Water is a charming three bedroom villa overlooking the sea and forming part of the historic Prospect Plantation and named after the river that finds it ways through the estate. The combination of a spacious living room, equipped with modern conveniences such as satellite TV, VCR, telephone and stereo system, along with an extensive covered veranda, with ample space for lounging and dining, provide the best of both indoor and outdoor living. Each of the air conditioned bedrooms has its own private bathroom. The tropical garden has a pool, sun deck and winding stairs leading to the clear blue waters of the Caribbean where there is some great snorkelling. The location of the villa brings with it the beautiful coastline views between Ochi Rios and Oracabessa.
