Sevilla is a 4 bedroom private villa, which overlooks the 7th Fairway of Runaway Bay Golf course. The entrance to the property is gated and leads to the large car parking area in front of the detached villa. Once in the villa, the décor reflects the vibrant Jamaican colours of red, yellow and green in the upholstery and there are also two comfortable red, gold and green hammocks. The hallway this leads to the living room where there is a small bar; 2 sofas, an arm chair; Cable TV with surround sound; DVD; CD; dining table + eight chairs; games stand with games. The living room opens onto a covered veranda that surrounds the pool through patio/glass sliding doors and two doors lead to two small garden patios. The living room, fully equipped kitchen and three of the bedrooms all open out onto the covered veranda that sweeps in a horseshoe shape around the pool.Guests provide their own food, and the staff can assist with shopping, they have access to fresh fish, seafood, and organically grown fruit and vegetables and meat coming direct from local farmers. Doc ( the cook) is available to prepare local dishes, at a small extra charge per meal and is also a car available for local shopping., plus transportation can be arranged to go on excursions around the island. Sevilla is very private and the friendly, experienced staff will look after your needs without intruding on your holiday.

The pool is well maintained with steps into the shallow end of the pool, there is also a deeper end, plus sun lounge chairs placed around the far side of the pool. On the veranda is lots of comfortable seating enough for additional guests including settees, lounge chairs, arm-chairs and dining chairs with the table.

There are 4 bedrooms air-conditioning; standing fan and TV, TV, with either twin beds or a double bed, each has a walk in closet and a door leading to a shower room. Three bedrooms open out onto the pool through double glass sliding patio doors, and the fourth bedroom is situated down a spiral staircase with it’s own patio.

A path leads to the front garden and through the gate to the 7th fairway of Runaway Bay golf course and a 5 minute walk to the sea. Runaway Bay beach is a beautiful sandy beach that stretches the whole length of the bay and it is lined with magnificent almond trees offering shade from the sun. There is also a reef ideal for snorkelling and diving and safe swimming plus a pier for fishing and diving. There is a local restaurant called Flavors offering a selection of Jamaican cuisine with a few tables overlooking the ocean and at weekends you can enjoy the sound of live reggae music, also a little further down the beach is a private residents sandy beach and bar which guests of Sevilla have access to use. The resident’s beach is next to Breezes Hotel offering a whole range of water sports activities

Paulette the maid is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Doc the cook is available to create delicious Jamaican cuisine at an extra charge
The resident caretaker, Vegas lives in separate detached accommodation, and is responsible for pool maintenance, security, villa and garden maintenance.
