Roaring Pavilion Villa and Spa is a lavishly appointed luxurious villa, located on a beachfront estate in St. Ann’s Bay, Jamaica, just a few minutes drive outside of Ocho Rios. The villa’s beach, James Bond Beach is famous from the scene where Ursula Andress emerges from the surf and meets Sean Connery in the film Dr No. It is one of the few private villas in the Caribbean to offer guests a spa facility with a full-time spa attendant. The property extends over 5,000 square-feet, with a beautiful courtyard entrance with rows of colourful tropical plants, flowers and lily ponds and a team of 9 staff who have taken care of many international celebrities from all over the world. This exceptional property has many highlights, one of which is the open air Pavilion, reached via an interior walkway over meandering water. This Pavilion provides dramatic ocean views and steps leading down to the private lagoon style pool. The location beside a tributary of the Roaring River, therefore produces lush, landscaped grounds surrounding the villa, with Indonesian-style jungle river gardens, and a wide variety of Jamaica’s flora and tropical fish ponds highlight the grounds.

Roaring Pavilion has an international flair, the interior walls are of Barbadian coral stone and floors are of French terra-cotta tile. Furnishings, art work, fabrics and other design features located throughout the property have been collected by the owners from around the world. The accommodation consists of three living areas including an entertainment room complete with a computer with internet access, large screen satellite television, VCR, and a varied collection of books, videos and games. There are two dining areas, a state of the art kitchen, sitting room with baby grand piano and four distinctive master suites, each with its ownunique personality and charm, en-suite Italian marble bathrooms, air conditioning, stereo system, ceiling fans, fine Italian linen bedding.

• The Balinese Wing: exotic Indonesian décor and furnishings including a bamboo bed, an indoor/outdoor bathing pavilion with double shower and a sunken marble whirlpool bath surrounded by lush, tropical garden
• The Mahogany Room - features a British Colonial style interior with a large reproduction 18th Century four poster bed, and louvered doors open onto the pool area
• The Peacock Room - has high ceilings, a hand painted French wrought iron bed and an outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens and the pool.
• The Ralph Lauren Room - has a rattan “Ralph Lauren design” bed, an oversized marble tub and a walk-in garden shower.
  

   

  The spa facility is located on it’s own private, outdoor terrace with a teak massage table equipped with the innovated body cushion and an adjacent six-jet shower offers additional therapeutic treatments. The Spa uses an exclusive line of body products specially formulated for La Cure by La Ligne de St Barth, maker of all natural body care products. In addition, a range of all-natural essential oils are produced on site.
