When staying at the exclusive Mount Hartman Cove House and Folly in Grenada guets can enjoy the casual surroundings of the 4 bedroom Beach House. This fabulous Beach House in Grenada overlooks its own private beach and the natural beauty that surrounds Mount Hartman Bay. The Mount hartman Estate can be rented as a whole and sleeps 24 with the main house at Mount Hartman Estate or as a separate 4 bedroom villa in Grenada, which has a private pool, large beautifully appointed bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. There is a spacious lounge which opens up on the wooden decking and a small kitchen used mainly for making the odd snack or cup of tea, as meals are prepared in the main Estate House kitchen and served at the Beach House.

The Mount Hartman Estate is sits on the end of a private promontory within three acres of lush tropica gardens with trees, flowers, shrubs, and fruit and vegetables, which are used in the preparation of food for the property. Designed around an old beach bar, the house has been completely and uniquely rebuilt to create a Caribbean Beach House with white sand and palm trees, but with all the latest equipment and facilities. All bedrooms are furnished with sitting areas (including some bed settees), 42” plasma TV's, DVD's CD players, alarm clocks, hair driers and each of the en-suite bathrooms has a choice of private indoor or outdoor showers.

The living area has a wall of doors that open onto the shaded deck that overlooks the beach and the bay. Usually guests dine on the terrace in front of the house, overlooking the beach and enjoy the balmy breezes that accompany the food. Inside is a 50” plasma screen with dvd and cd players, a Bose sound system with more than 2000 tracks and an iPod connection plus a Sony Playstation.

All food and beverages are included within the rental, along with airport transfers, a vehicle, staff services including chef, housekeeper and house manager.

Other activites: included in the rental price for the guests to use is one vehicle, masks and flippers for snorkelling, internet access, book library, DVD library, CD and music library, Playstation, board games.

If the Main estate house is not occupied then the following are available for hire: a 43 ft motor cruiser with captain, a water jet powered wakeboarding/water-skiing boat operated by trained crew and underwater sea scooters.

Also available on island are trekking, tennis, mountain biking, river rafting, massage, yoga, scuba diving and all manner of water sports.
