L’Anse aux Epines House Grenada is set on the peak of L’Anse aux Epines Hill and the shores of Prickley Bay and has the sunrise, sunset and the cooling trade wind breeze from November to May.

L'Anse aux Epines House has recently undergone some general maintenance (April 2013) including upgrading the furniture and new fencing around the pool for complete privacy from the staff.

The style is that of an English colonial estate house, sitting on 2 acres of beautiful tropical gardens and located only 300 metres away from the water. The accommodation sleeps up to 16 guests, in the main house with 6 bedrooms (for 12 people max) and a 2 bedroom Sugar Mill Tower (for 4 people max) with its own swimming pool ( and this can be rented separately)

There is a deep water private dock, 11,000 square feet of living accommodation which is fully air conditioned and all rooms have flat screen TV, DVD, CD, iPod stereo gear.

This large family villa in Grenada offers outdoor and indoor dining areas, Italian marble and hardwood flooring, traditional stone walls, timber ceilings, original paintings, leather club furniture. The villa is set in 2 acres of delightful and private gardens which encompass a number of walkways, quiet hideaways and a 20 foot waterfall. There is a tiny beach, 200 feet of waterfront and a long private dock - ideal for swimming or simply ‘chilling’ and watching the ocean.
With respect to childern, as the swimming pool is not fenced off from the house all babies and young childern must be constantly supervised. For the older children there is a MINI BIC windsurfer, good for children from about 8 to 12 yrs old. A normal wind surfer for teenagers and adults and snorkeling equipment.

Accommodation
The main house extends to over 10,000 sq feet, has 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms including an excellent media room, dining/kitchen/pool area, extensive verandas and 2 Tikki huts.
All bedrooms are en-suite, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, CD/DVD Satellite TV, phones and internet and many have four poster beds, The ‘Sugar Mill Tower’ belongs to the original estate house ‘L’anse aux Epines House’ and is set on the waters edge in a private part of the lush gardens of the main house.
The sugar mill tower has 2 en-suite bedrooms a kitchen/bar and covered verandas, a small plunge pool and access to a long private swimming dock (shared only with the main house).
