Amber Belair is a secluded peninsula directly west of the Calabash Hotel and Villas complex. Nestling on the water's edge where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea it offering a truly tranquil and inspiring location. The villa completed in 2005, designed by Vincenzo De Rosa and built to a very high specification. The interiors are tastefully decorated featuring furniture and artwork which was especially commissioned by the homeowners. Hummingbird House has a spacious kitchen adjoining the breakfast room leading to the dining room and then on to the lounge and TV room, completing the rooms around the courtyard are two bedrooms and the cloakroom. On the east side of the property is the master bedroom, which also has an office area and there are two further bedrooms, laundry and maids room downstairs. The lounge and dining room open on to the covered patio, sunny pool deck infinity pool approx 20’ x 40', 4 ˝’ to 5 ˝’ deep, and poolside dining gazebo, an ideal spot for outside dining. Hummingbird Villa is situated on the high point of the Amber Belair development and therefore catches cool tropical breezes. As an added benefit, guests at the villa can use all of the facilities of the Calabash Hotel, including the beach, sun loungers, non motorised watersports, tennis court, fitness room, large guest pool, snooker room, Jefferson’s Beach Restaurant, The Barnes Beach Bar and Rhodes Restaurant. Aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and beauty treatments are available by visiting therapists.
All guests at Hummingbird Villa are entitled to 10% discount on all Food and Beverage consumed at Calabash. Herra, the villa’s housekeeper and cook, is on hand to prepare breakfast daily (you buy the groceries) and Calabash can supply, at extra cost, a chef/cook for other meals if required. Check in at Calabash and upon arrival at Hummingbird Villa, your first evening’s dinner with wine will await you as well as a welcome basket with breakfast items.

Accommodation includes :
5 Bedrooms: 4 with king beds, 1 with twins beds. All have en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and Air Conditioning
Facilities: Cable TV in Television room and Master Bedroom, 1 DVD, 1 VCR & 1CD player, radio, games, computer with internet access, printer, fax, 2 safes for valuables, 2 bathrooms have bath tubs, wet bar and ice making, gas BBQ grill, baby crib + highchair, dishwasher, laundry.

N.B. For certain dates ( Sept - Oct) the hotel will be closed ( ask for detials) during this period the villa will be available for rental, but the facilities at Calabash will not be available.

Guests from Hummingbird villa can freely use the facilities of the Calabash hotel, including the beach, sun loungers, non motorized water sports, tennis court, fitness room, large guest pool, snooker room, Jefferson’s Beach Restaurant, Barnesy’s Beach Bar and Rhodes Restaurant.
