To one side of the living area at Sunwatch is the bedroom wing, and on the other side is a bar, fully equipped kitchen and a dining terrace.

The bedroom wing at Sunwtach comprises of two master bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, with individually designed en-suite, air conditioning, ceiling fans and covered patios. The two master rooms have dressing areas.

In the landscaped front garden of Sunwatch is a detached two-bedroom cottage, with shower room and kitchenette, which  can be rented wih the main house for larger parties.
