A Palladian-style architectural vision has been enhanced by the interior design of one of the best design bureaus on the island – a matchless, sensual and private environment for those who seek the very finest.
Set within over an acre of established gardens, this four bedroom villa is a private haven for up to eight guests with additional space for two children.
No detail has been overlooked, no comfort too small, no need too big.

The villa is located on the 5th fairway of the “Old Nine” on one of the most exclusive roads within the Sandy Lane Estate.

The property has the added advantage of privacy as a gully runs to the southern side and to the East is the golf course.
The staff includes a manager, a chef, a housekeeper/laundress and a security guard. Their service is impeccable and it simply surrounds you in anticipation of your every need.
The villa has four bedrooms - two with king-size beds, two with two single beds (that can also be transformed into a double bed). The villa is fully air-conditioned, and also has ceiling fans to suggest the natural breezes of Barbados.
 
While relaxing in any part of the villa, you will feel comforted by an interior design that enhances the visual excitement of the furnishings and artwork, and seamlessly complements the magnificent architecture of the house. The furnishings are of the highest quality, and many have been specially commissioned for Casa Caoba.
The bedrooms are all beautifully designed and all have en-suite bathrooms. Fluffy towels and hairdryers are all provided.

The two Suites are equipped with king-size beds, their own safe, walk-in closet, hairdryer, radio-alarm clock and telephone. The Master Suite has a Plasma TV, VCR and DVD Player.  The Suites bathrooms have bath tubs. The bigger Suite has a Jacuzzi. Both Suites feature private verandahs, where you can enjoy your favorite drink or relax in the splendid atmosphere of your new Caribbean home!

The Twin bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each (they can also be transformed into a double bed) their own closet, hairdryer, radio-alarm clock and a safe-box. The bathrooms have only walk-in showers.
 
The Living room is truly spectacular with its beautiful art works and comfortable sofas. Enjoy the stereo system, I-pod dock and a CD library. A cordless telephone is provided to roam the villa.
 
The Sitting room also serves as a TV room. It is fully air-conditioned and has a Plasma TV, Cable TV and a DVD.  X-box with a variety of games is an addition to our in-house entertainment. Card and games provided include poker chips, chess and other favorite board games.
 
Casa Caoba provides Wi-FI Internet access throughout the house and our office has a printer, copier and scanner, which can also be used as a fax-machine.

Enjoy the cocktail hour, or any hour for that matter, at the wet bar adorned with coral and marble finishes. The bar area has full views of the pool, golf course and “tropical rainforest” of the gully.

 The terrace runs the full length of the house and is where you will find the dining area. The mild Caribbean breeze keeps this part of the house cool all day long: in the mornings, for breakfast or in the evenings, when you enjoy a glass of wine at dinner.
 
The fully-equipped air-conditioned kitchen has a microwave, an oven, a cook top, a cooker hood, a dish-washer, a fridge with ice-generator, a coffee-maker, a toaster, a blender, a pot and a 12 bottle wine storage. A laundry room is situated in the staff quarters at the back of the house to eliminate any possibility of interference.
 
The 1.6 acre gardens are beautifully landscaped with mahogany trees, tropical palms and indigenous plants that frame the outstanding views of the golf course and the gully.

On the south side of the villa is a heart-shaped pool with a sun-bathing deck. Our 5 ft. deep villa pool is ideal for swimming laps or floating on soft comfortable Casa Caoba lounges. The 2 ft. deep area is perfect for children and games. Two love seats in the pool area create a romantic sitting area for star gazing.

 At a little distance from the villa at the bottom of the garden, there is a sheltered Gazebo for romantic candle dinners or al-fresco lunches.
 
As the property is located on the famous Sandy Lane Estate, our guests are entitled to use one of the best beaches on Barbados and in the Caribbean – the Sandy Lane Property Owners Private Beach Facility - which is a 5 minute drive from Casa Caoba.
