The villa is located within a 5 minute drive to some of the finest west coast beaches and the historic Holetown where you will find an excellent array of amenities including duty free shopping, fitness centre, fine dining restaurants, beach bars and much more. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy golf and tennis at nearby resorts.

The accommodation is arranged on two floors and the villa is beautifully furnished with custom made furniture imported directly from Indonesia and Bali. Upstairs there are four sizeable double bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony with sea views.

The ground floor is largely open plan with an impressive central hall and atrium. There is ample space at Goldeneye for dining and entertaining, the fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast room that seats up to 8 people and this leads onto a formal dining room which can accommodate up to 12 people. Guests can also enjoy dining alfresco on the large covered verandah that surrounds the house.

In addition to a stylish formal sitting room there is a separate media room with TV, DVD player and CD player. There is also a study on the ground floor which, if necessary, can be used as an additional bedroom with twin beds.

To complement its fabulous interior, Goldeneye is surrounded by a well maintained tropical garden and guests are able to enjoy the breathtaking views from the comfort of their sun lounger whilst relaxing around the impressive infinity edge pool.
