This 5 bedroom colonial-style property has been recently renovated and, as the name suggests, offers wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea. 

Belle View has 2 living areas that both open out onto spacious patios - ideal spots for relaxing and savouring the wonderful view.  There is also an open plan kitchen and formal dining area that seats 8 or for those who prefer to dine al fresco the upstairs patio provides an area for this.

The upstairs patio also leads onto the pool deck where the spacious swimming pool is situated and there is a raised area above the pool that also offers an extra dining area - great for a light lunch or informal dinner.

Belle View features 5 air conditioned bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.  The entire house has been tastefully furnished with an eye for detail - high white ceilings lend an airy atmosphere to the villa while the wooden floors and colonial pieces add a tropical accent.
