The Carib House Antigua offers fantastic views from it’s elevated position built 60’ above sea level and is positioned to take advantage of the cooling Caribbean sea breezes as well as being a few minutes walk from Turtle Beach. The long driveway of The Carib House Antigua winds up through lush tropical gardens to the main house entrance featuring a beautiful date palm in the centre and banana palms to both sides, once inside the front door of this villa for rent in Antigua guests are welcomed by the huge entrance hallway, an oasis filled with plants.
 

There is an open plan sitting room at The Carib House Antigua with large colonial style wicker furniture set amongst the tropical house, a dining area with seating for 10 around an Indonesian teak dining table, overlooking the pool, and has fabulous views of the Caribbean Sea, Falmouth Harbour and on a clear day you can see neighbouring islands of Guadeloupe and Montserrat. For additional dining space the American full-size oak pool table can be covered to form a table tennis table or a dining table that can seat 16 people. This 5 bedroom villa in Antigua has a music system which can be heard through the speakers in the gazebo, games room with a CD player and radio, a selection of holiday reading and board games. The villa also has a satellite TV, VCR with access to movie, news & sports channels. Carib House has a large 2nd living area under a pentagonal roof featuring two large Indonesian bamboo sofas, wrought iron arm chairs, a cushioned terrace, hammocks and a glass topped dining table for up to 6 to dine.

The kitchen area in The Carib House has beautifully polished mahogany work surfaces with a central island and an adjoining utility room and double doors leading to the outdoor sitting area. Just outside the kitchen is a large built-in charcoal barbeque with a wet-bar. The pool has been designed to blend with natural elements, and features a green stone island and a natural stone patio surrounds the pool with sun lounges, umbrella providing a very spacious 2000 square feet to relax with the group. Tucked away discreetly amongst the tropical plants is a screened outdoor shower.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom is located in the Garden Apartment.
Bedroom one is a spacious mosquito-screened room with King bed, ceiling fan, double doors to a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with dressing room and natural stone double width shower.
Bedroom two, has a wrought iron King four poster bed, ceiling fan, wrap around veranda complete with comfortable chairs, en-suite bathroom with dressing room and a loo with a view!
Bedroom three has twin beds or can be made into a king, ceiling fan and shares the family bathroom which has a natural stone double width shower and toilet.
Bedroom four is also setup as twins and has a ceiling fan and views from the desk across to Pidgeon Beach on Falmouth Harbour
The Garden Apartment Stone staircase leads down to the completely separate garden apartment, which is self-contained. There is an outdoor covered sitting room/dining area, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, ceiling fan and en suite shower room and there is a fully fitted kitchen.
The Carib House Antigua can also be rented as 4 bedroom villa and is well located for Turtle Beach which is a few minutes walk away and Nelsons Dockyard is only 10 minutes drive away
