This luxury villa is set within in 1.5 acres offering accommodation in Antigua for up to 10 guests, the main house has 3 bedrooms plus thre is a 2 bedroom guest cottage. St Anne's Point, Antigua is actually built on a 200 year old cannon platform which was originally constructed by the Royal Artillery Engineers, not surprisingly as its position takes full advantage of the 270 degree views across the entrance channels to Falmouth Harbour.

Great House :
The 3 bedroom Great House has been re-built in the character of the Georgian maritime properties which have a wooden shingle roof with dormer windows and balconies and using the stone base of the cannon platform as the ground. There are wooden louvered windows and doors which open out onto the 120-foot terrace/balcony and situated as high as any mega yacht mast height and so provides amazing of Falmouth Harbour's three marinas.
The Great Room has a 25 foot high vaulted roof and 1500 square feet of superb living and entertaining space furnished in colonial style with cane sofas, chaise lounges and wicker chairs. The north-facing gallery of this villa in Antigua has the shade all day and is cooled by the passing north easterly trade winds. There is a 50" T.V. and Bose surround sound system linked to both satellite and the internet. On one side of the Great Room goes to an open deck with a covered outside kitchen and dining pavilion and steps down to swim in the 50 foot pool or shelter in the raised gazebo.

Guest Cottage :
The signal tower has also been rebuilt from its original purpose as an observation post and the powder magazine store, it now stores sun loungers instead of cannon shot and the stables have been replaced with a spacious self contained guest cottage. From the moment that you arrive into the main entrance hall and until you retire at the end of the day guests are greeted with magnificent views of the harbour, completing the maritime panorama that surrounds this wonderful property.

Bedrooms :
The Great House has 3 en suite and air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom suite of this villa in Antigua has two balconies, two antique four poster beds and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast balcony faces north overlooking Falmouth Harbour and the sunset balcony faces southwest overlooking the harbour entrance and the nearby island of Montserrat. The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have doors opening onto the harbourside gallery.
The Guest Cottage has two air conditioned en suite bedrooms and bathrooms are tiled with Mexican ceramic tiles.
