The Resort
Set in 40 acres of landscaped gardens and tropical vegetation with ocean views and its own secluded beach, Nonsuch Bay is a luxury private resort of beach cottages, villas and apartments. With accommodation built to the highest of standards with emphasis on natural materials, great care has been taken in maximising the space. Privacy of each home is extremely important and all homes have wraparound verandahs which invite year round outdoor living. The consistent warm trade winds are outstanding for sailing and the resort offers first class equipment and instruction for all ages and abilities.

Private childcare can be arranged throughout the day and there are organised sailing and other activities for older children. The three swimming pools - including an infinity edge pool - with dramatic views over the bay are perfect for cooling down after a particularly warm day. The stunning restaurant occupies a commanding position on an outdoor covered terrace at the club house with views over the bay and the activities on the beach.

Accommodation
Built in the West Indian Georgian Colonial style with pure symmetrical lines, whitewashed walls and wood shingle roofs the accommodation at Nonsuch Bay is built to the highest of standards. High ceilings and French windows encourage natural ventilation and large wraparound verandahs invite year-round outdoor living.

Apartments - (1-3 bedrooms) The apartments are located in the West Indian Georgian Colonial buildings within a few minutes' walk of the beach. The interiors are spacious and light with high ceilings and all enjoy fabulous views of Nonsuch Bay. Apartments include modern, well-equipped Studio Becker kitchens featuring Viking appliances and Kohler hardware. They are all fully air conditioned and consist of flat screen TVs, cable TV and iPod compatible sound systems.

These generously proportioned units each have a fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge and a full range of crockery, cutlery and glassware. An open plan living and dining area leads out onto a generously size covered terrace featuring outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and relaxing.
The bathrooms have combinations of full showers and separate Jacuzzi bathtubs with double vanities and Kohler sanity ware. The bedrooms feature large wardrobes with room safes, premium bedding and large glazed and louvered doors and windows with stunning bay views.

Beach Cottages - (2 bedrooms) Located directly behind the palm fringed sandy beach and benefitting from untinterrupted views across Nonsuch Bay, these cottages are simple yet elegant holiday homes. With 1400 sq ft of interior space, they have high ceilings and a large, light living area which opens onto a verandah with outdoor furniture. The interiors are decorated in a luxurious style with hardwood floors, white walls and contemporary furniture. The modern kitchens are equipped with: dishwashers, washer/dryer, large fridge, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The cottages are air conditioned throughout and include flat screen TVs, cable TV and iPod compatible sound systems. There are two bathrooms which have full showers with double vanities and the master en suite has a separate Jacuzzi bathtub. The double bedrooms feature large wardrobes with room safes, premium bedding and large louvered doors.

Hilltop Villas - (3 & 5 bedrooms) Nonsuch Bay offers three fabulous hilltop villas. Each has its own distinct style, private grounds, covered and open terraces and verandahs, swimming pool and breathtaking ocean views.
With generous amounts of interior space, they boast high ceilings with large living areas. Interiors are decorated in a luxurious style with combinations of traditional and contemporary furniture.

Recreation
Outside of the resort you can find a range of available activities including a choice of golf courses, game fishing, scuba diving, yacht charters, island tours by land and sea, marin safaris and zipwiring through the topical forests. There are also helicopter tours available including over the island of Montserrat and its amazing volcano. Antigua itself also has many opportunities for both exploration and relaxation. English Harbour is home to historic Nelsons' Dockyard, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and bars. The capital of St John's has a wide range of fashion boutiques, markets and duty-free shopping.
