Nicobar is one of the most stylish new luxury villa in Antigua, it is a stunningly spacious 5 bedroom villa located in the exclusive Galley Bay Heights with uninterrupted views of the sea and beach. The most luxurious products have been used throughout the villa, sourced from all areas of Europe by an international interior designer. Nicobar has a spectacular open plan sitting/dining room leading out to a spacious veranda with a 10 seat teak table for al- fresco eating and casual sofas. The large terrace, Jacuzzi and infinity pool have just the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. The decor is neutral with champagne and cream colors throughout to make best use of the view.

The Great Room is fitted with a flat screen TV and a BOSE sound system, also wired to the kitchen, terrace and master bedroom. For entertainment there is also a Nintendo Wii games console. The eight seat maple dining table has been hand made in Wiltshire by Sir William Bentley and ingeniously flips over to become a snooker /pool table with deep blue baize. The main sitting room is furnished with a large hand made L shaped sofa in cream and setting this off are 2 dark teak arm chairs with cream upholstery. Outside there is a 10 seater teak table with teak dining chairs. There is a sofa outside with arm chairs and 6 steamer loungers as well as a large gas BBQ. This luxury villa in Antigua is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in each room.
All bedrooms are en-suite and have their own verandas and views over the Caribbean. The villa comprises a master suite, 3 further doubles and 1 single room. All the bedrooms have walk in rain showers and fitted wardrobes. The master suite also has a double ended Jacuzzi bath. The attention to detail is absolute from the underground rock wine cellar to the designer Italian kitchen with granite surfaces. This villa in Antigua is exceptionally private and sits in 3/4 acre of land with full fencing and electric gates. The villa is close to the 5 star Galley Bay hotel and Galley Bay beach is less than 5 minutes away. Long beach is also close by. St Johns is 10 minutes in the car.

Jolly Bay is about 20 minutes away and has a good beach as well as Dickenson’s Beach which has water sports and a great restaurant called the Beach. The Beach is a good casual restaurant great for lunch and dinner.
A great supermarket is at Woods Mall and the housekeeper will be happy to assit with directions. The Bargain Centre is also close by and fine for the basics.

	The house itself is magnificent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The layout is great. The bedrooms are well spread out allowing privacy for all the guests. The pool deck is great. And our favourite was Merle, the housekeeper she was so wonderful...
