Allamanda's entrance is extremely impressive, you enter this villa through a tranquil, Japanese inspired courtyard. An open plan reception room in a cool contemporary setting leads out onto a pavillion terrace with rattan sofas and a tiled maze floor.

There is a large lawned garden which offers a choice of secluded seating areas and shaded spaces for children to play. The expansive terrace weaves its way around the master bedroom, living room and grand master bedroom. There are 3 courtyards which are perfect for children or for entertaining guests.

The well-appointed kitchen provides easy access to the contemporary interior dining area and outside barbeque terrace. All four bedrooms are en suite and come complete with private courtyard gardens - there is also a separate guest cloakroom.

The grand master bedroom suite and study has a heated rock pool and tower room with hanging daybed, a perfect way to enjoy both sunrise and sunset.
