Alagana House is a 3 bedroom, modern plantation style villa, with high ceilings and cool interiors and accommodation over two floors. This elegant hideaway has beautifully decorated walls displaying an array of original artwork with a local Caribbean and Yachting theme complemented but the owner’s various delightful Object d’art positioned throughout.

The central point of the villa is the open plan kitchen and living area, with TV, CD player, DVD which leads out onto the main terrace there is also a casual dining area with a gas BBQ. The villa’s elevated position on a hillside provides the most superb uninterrupted views of Falmouth Harbour and beyond.

2 steps down brings you to the infinity pool(20ft x 6ft) and sun terrace where there is also an out door shower and sun loungers. The central terrace takes up one entire corner of the house and is furnished with a teak dining table and large sofas providing indoor outdoor living at its best. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living area with French doors leading to both terraces and creates a pleasant through cooling breeze.

The 3 bedrooms have there own DVD, en-suite with walk-in showers and are air-conditioned, two doubles with king/twin beds, one being the Master bedroom are located upstairs on wings either side of the living area. The master bedroom is spacious, light and airy, a small balcony over looks the harbour.

The third bedroom, is located on the garden level and has access from the main level or from its own garden entrance and the en suite bathroom has a large “rain” shower. There is also a writing desk.

Alagana House is spacious yet intimate and is suited to mature families, groups of friends, couples, or honeymooners.
