Zenaida is a private estate, with a cluster of 3 pavilions, Flamboyant, Loblolly and The Great House, nestled amongst three acres of lush tropical gardens. The views of the blue Caribbean waters, and the mountains of St. Martin and St Barths in the distance are breathtaking. The estate’s history dates back over 50 years to when a builder, known as "Happy Jack", who sailed frequently to Anguilla from his home, on St Kitts. After exploring the wonderful island of Anguilla, he chose the most desirable location and built a home for himself and family, where on a clear he could still see St. Kitts. It is only the exterior walls of Villa Flamboyant that remain from the original house. The accommodation offered is a choice of a three, four, five , six or seven bedroom accommodation with an infinity edge swimming pool and a Roman hot tub with space for up to 8 people, sit back and take in the endless views.

Villa Flamboyant :
The villa has 3 air-conditioned guest bedrooms with ceiling fans overlooking the pool, beach and the sea plus a cozy cottage with queen bed in the gardens. On the top floor is large air-conditioned Master suite with ceiling fans, soaking tub with sea views, separate bathroom with walk-in shower. From your king-size bed or your private terrace
you can enjoy the amazing sunrise and sunsets.

Great house
This is a separate building, offering an elegant and spacious living area with double height pitched ceilings, commanding views, study with fax and Internet connection and a large, modern kitchen. The Great House is the assembly point for guests to sample a local cocktail, or to dine together or just simply enjoy each others company or watch television.

Loblolly :
Loblolly is surrounding by an enchanting walled garden, it has 3 bedrooms which include a Master with king size 4 poster bed on the ground floor and two further air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor, one double and one twin, all have their own private bathroom. The living room opens to out onto a balcony overlooking the sea, and there is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Tennis is also available to guests, the estate has the only Har-Tru soft court in the Leeward Islands and the court is flood lit for playing in the cool of the evenings.
