The resort is spread over 179 acres, with a full range of land and water based activities along with a large swimming pool to keep guests busy and a stunning mile long beach walk along or relax in the sunshine whilst being offered cold towels and sorbet to cool you off.

The interior furnishings and decor continue the Moroccan style exterior, with the domes, arches, carved wood and oriental carpets over the Italian tiled floors and all the rooms are air-conditioned. The bathrooms are a particular feature, Bvlgari products are provided and they are very spacious, many have double bath tubs a private solarium. Breakfast is served each morning to your requirements on your private balcony or terrace, which looks straight out to the beautiful blue waters and powder-soft sands, a truly relaxing and peaceful start to any day. The rooms have no TV's which is the resorts way of stealing people away from the busy lifestyles they have left behind, but for those that cannot resist, there is a TV room off the main reception area. There are 3 dining options within the resort, Pimms is the main restaurant open for dinner offers a French-Asian style menu, and is located at one end of the bay, where tables are placed close to the water's edge which is lit up at night. Kemia, North African for "small bite" and open from after lunch until midnight, is the latest dining option to open at Cap Jaluca, located close to Pimms and decorated in the Moroccan theme with a canopy draped ceiling. The menu offers guests a vast choice of appetiser size dishes from all over the world, such as Japanese Soushi and Spanish tapas, with live jazz music several times a week. The third restaurant, George's is located in the centre of the beach under a large white marquee roof and provides guests with a more informal lunch option and a simple healthy food menu, and it is open 4 evenings a week for a more sophisticated dining experience. A romantic meal for two can easily be arranged on the beach with flaming torches and a pre-arranged menu.
