Ani North Villa, Anguilla sits on the northern side of the private estate and Ani South Villa Anguilla, sits on the edge of the dramatic cliffs overlooking Little Bay. The South Villa at Ani Villas Anguilla has 5 stunning en-suite bedrooms along with a games room with billiard table and shuffle board. For guests needing wheelchair access, there is an elevator and the master bedrooms have roll in showers, plus there is a hydraulic chair lift in the pool.  Ani North Villa Anguilla has taken more liberty with steps between bedrooms, and has a sky light/atrium. Both Ani North and Ani South Villas Anguilla are very similar in design and can be rented together for larger groups or separately as each is enclosed by a wooden fence.

Ani South, is located on the Southern side of the private estate, perched on the cliff edge overlooking Little Bay with all master bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces are oriented to take full advantage of the Anguilla coast line and the sunsets

Ani South offers special features to provide easy accessible accommodation with an elevator, roll in showers and a pool lift, which all blend well with the overall villa design.
