Each Kayumanis villa has been designed with comfort, space, and above all utmost privacy in mind set within their own “walled gardens” with a private swimming pool. The décor is a blend of Balinese architecture and sophisticated contemporary design, in a cozy setting with a selection of indigenous handicrafts, fine fabrics, and native wood finishes.

Kayumanis Ubud private villas lay on the edge of the rich Ayoung River valley, spread across 6,000 square metres of lush garden. There are 9 private villas, ranging from the Owners 3 bedroom villa plus 1 and 2 bedroom villas, set amongst the scenic and relaxed atmosphere of Sayan Village, Ubud.

Each villa is a refreshing retreat, surrounded by the aromatic cinnamon trees, rice fields and tropical woodlands with elegant interiors and furnishings to reflect the Indonesian culture. Each villa has a private swimming pool, spacious tropical garden and BBQ corner. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has an en-suite bathroom. There is a living room with satellite TV, stereo and internet connection, plus a dining room and kitchenette.

Dining - Guests can order a la carte to be enjoyed in the privacy of the villa, or a special menu prepared by the chef for a romantic candle-light dinner, alternatively, guests can prepare their own meals in the villa’s own kitchen.

Guests can indulge in a variety of local activities including a nature hike along the Ayoung River, trekking to explore the village hamlets and Balinese countryside, yoga, or try a gourmet picnic in an isolated mountain hideaway with exceptional personalised service.
