This stunning villa in Menorca has been designed by one of the island’s leading architects paying attention to every detail. The villa offers its discerning guests fully climate controlled/air conidtioned accommodation to all bedrooms and living rooms, a swimming pool and various sun terraces and balconies from the lounge and four of the five bedrooms, plus luxury en-suite bathrooms to all bedrooms. The flooring and stairs throughout is in polished Italian marble, and the 3 levels of accommodation are served by a passenger lift, with direct access via the lift to the master suite.

The villa is accessed through an oakwood door at street level, opening into a spacious and impressive entrance hall, with 3 massive feature columns, and furnished with classic wingback chairs.

On the first level there are two bedrooms both with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, luxury en-suite with corner bath, separate shower and WC; french doors from both bedrooms open onto a balcony-terrace, and provide access to the beautiful swimming pool and sun bathing terraces surrounding it.

On the second level, there is a landing outside the lift and at the top of the stairs, and off this is the large lounge/dining room a most impressive area of some 10 metres x 8 metres, with one wall made of the local limestone “mares” blocks, and floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows and french doors that open onto the large, harbour-facing terrace with sea views to take your breath away! The lounge-dining room is sumptuously furnished with high quality leather “L” sofa and a further sofa with two matching chairs and a large glass-top dining table and six chairs emphasising is on a “soft” minimalist style. The lounge also has a large plasma TV with access to English language free-to-view channels, a DVD and music system. There is a cloakroom to the rear of the lounge.

Also sharing level two with the loung-dining room, is a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom/WC, with a window to the side.

On level two, is an ultra modern and spacious kitchen/breakfast room plus utility room, furnished with an extensive range of top quality fitted units with a light blue, leather-effect finish, and Italian marble worktops, metallic-finish integral domestic appliances, including huge Liebherr fridge-freezer with icemaker/dispenser (plus a separate drinks fridge), washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, extractor and stainless steel hood, microwave, and naturally a complete range of equipment, crockery and utensils for the most enthusiastic chef! There is a circular glass-top table and 4 chairs; and the floor-to-ceiling glass door opens to the blacony-terrace outside offering magnificent sea views and incredible sunsets!

Level three provides two further large master suites with king-size beds, huge picture windows/french doors offering spectacular sea views, dressing areas with fitted wardrobes and access to a further terrace; one has a large en-suite with a circular jacuzzi bath, the other with corner bath. One has a futher room off the bedroom, which can be used either as a study or possibly as a further bedroom that may be suitable for small children. This room is also equipped with a desk and a plasma TV.
