Villa Rosita Mallorca is built on two levels, on the mountainside overlooking the popular Puerto Andratx marina, on the South West coast of Mallorca. It is a spacious villa in Port Andratx providing an elevated hideaway position for guests with the most breathtaking views of bay and beyond to Dragonera island, best enjoyed when relaxing or dining on the terrace adjoining the main lounge.

The interior decor and furnishings of Villa Rosita in Mallorca have been carefully selected to provide a sophistication and elegance as well as space, luxury and of course comfort. On the upper level of this luxury villa in Port Andratx, there is the Master bedroom, guest cloakroom, main lounge with adjoining terrace, a formal indoor dining room with polished wooden floors, fully equipped country style kitchen with beamed ceilings and adjacent laundry room. The Master bedroom is beautifully decorated in a fresh pale blue and white, with a draped king - size bed, large bathroom with sunken bath, a sitting/ dressing area and doors opening onto the main terrace.

A central staircase takes you to the lower level, where there is the oval shaped pool and sun deck, sitting room with TV and the remaining 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has 2 sets of bunk beds, making ideal accommodation for the children, although younger children must be supervised at all times.

A new 5th bedroom and bathroom has been added on the pool terrace so this villa in Port Andratx can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people
