A private track across the fields takes you to the entrance of this completely restored villa. The architect and owner has created a real work of art. The front side awakes memories of former times; with the old round summerhouse and a stove to be heated with wood. The entrance takes you to a very modern kitchen fitted with white furniture and a dining corner. The extraordinary lounge-diner is built on 2 floors with a designer fireplace, couches and a Corbusier-dining table placed in front. Large and high, rotating windows and doors line the light-flooded room and bring in always a cooling breeze during the hot summer months. Passing through the inner courtyard terrace tiled with terracotta is another bedroom with shower room en suite. A staircase takes you from the hall to the first floor and 2 double bedrooms with bevelled beams are made of parquet. These rooms share a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. The 5th bedroom is separated and found next to the main entrance with an antique bed of 1,35 m and proper shower room/WC. The elegant garden with grass, a large pool, high palm trees and old trees will enchant you. Through a gap between the enormous cypress trees you look down to the bay of Port de Pollensa. The large summer kitchen invites you to enjoy parties and cosy evenings with its large BBQ on one side and a cooker and built-in cupboards on the other. An extraordinary lighting installation gives an enchanting ambience to the estate.
