First floor –
Two double master bedrooms with en-suite – one with bath and shower the other with shower only both have spacious terraces overlooking the pool

Ground floor :
Open plan dining and sitting area on one side of this luxury villa in Mallorca
On the opposite side to the living area are five further bedrooms, each with private bathrooms ( all with shower) – 3 twin/double and 2 twins
Living room with beautiful art pieces, open plan fully equipped kitchen and fire place.
Terraces on both sides of the long pool facing the sea with Barbecue area and table for 16 people

Within the 5000 sqm grounds of Villa Son Sard Mallorca there is a guest house/Casita including bathroom with shower, kitchen and a living room with twin beds 
The salt water swimming Pool has an infra-red security alarm and measures approx 21 m. long and 3,5 m. wide and faces the sea. The pool at Villa Son Sard is not heated.
The gardens surrounding this villa in Mallorca are majority fenced
