Santana is a 4 bedroom villa in Pollensa, Mallorca situated in the fertile Valley “La Font” close to Pollensa and surrounded by almond, trees and views of the Tramuntana mountains.

Santana is a charming 4 bedroom in Pollensa, a traditional Mallorcan style farmhouse, situated in the fertile Valley “La Font” very close to Pollensa town. The villa is surrounded by almond, figs and carob-trees and has lovely views of the Tramuntana mountains.

In front of the villa is a pergola for outdoor dining or there is a long covered terrace to the side of the villa, refreshed by ceiling fans and equipped with a dining table and comfortable rattan sofas therefore offering the ideal spot for a shaded lunch or in the evening a lounging area. The interior is immaculate and well-furnished, with a spacious sitting-dining room with TV-Sat / CD-Player / DVD and leads out to the terraces. There is also a good size kitchen which is completely fitted and equipped.

Santana comfortably sleeps from 2 – 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms are located upstairs, which are air-conditioned and spacious with three twins sharing one bathroom and the fourth bedroom is a double with an en-suite.

At the back of the villa is the private pool ( approx 8m x 6m) with a lawned garden area, plus there is a shower room and large built-in barbecue. There is also Table tennis available for guests use.
