Sa Punta is a luxuriously appointed five bedroom villa in Mallorca has been built in the traditional Mallorquian style, with its exposed beams ad terracotta floors. It is located along with the sister property, Sa Terra Rojta, within the vast 4,000 acre estate of Son Bunyola, just off above East coast and close to Banyalbufar. It's elevated position provides panoramic views of both the coast, the sea and the mountains and guests can watch the sun rise from their private bedroom terrace.

There are five generously proportioned bedrooms, all individually decorated with marble en-suite bathrooms. The lounge is centrally located and is beautifully furnished using local quality fabrics and bright art, there is also a lower level TV den which has a comprehensive entertainment centre and a varied library of DVD's Videos and CD's. Relaxing by the pool in the sunshine is a favourite pass time for the guests and when they seek shade there are hammocks ready and waiting in the garden, which are constantly cooled by the passing breeze, there is also the new addition of a pool bar area with a small kitchen, fridge and dishwasher. Dining options include an indoor dining room or more popular choice is the outdoor dining gazebo where there is a BBQ and Mallorquian stone oven.

Included within the rental there are selected wines, beer and soft drinks made available to the guests and also the services of a chef and waiting on staff are also included. Sa Punta in Mallorca is certainly a villa for any season, in winter enjoy the open log fires to keep the chill of the mountain air out, and in summer the are many casual outdoor sitting and dining areas to choose from and take advantage of the sunshine.

Guests at Sa Punta can also use the tennis court at Sa Terra, which is only a few minutes drive away.
The traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a few kilometres away providing a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities
