Porters Lodge is in a quiet position on the road to the lighthouse overlooking Port Soller harbour with every room enjoying fabulous sea and port views. This 4 bedroom villa in Deia has been recently re-furbished (2007) and has 3 new bathrooms and a fully equipped new kitchen complete with a generous quantity of crockery and glasses for a large family group. Sliding patio doors lead out to a huge balcony with tables and chairs and runs outside the lounge with log fireplace, TV , DVD and CD, a dining room with seating for 10 and the new fitted kitchen and utility room which has a doorway to the designated barbecue area. Sitting on balcony on a summers evening observing the comings and goings from the harbour is magic and the ideal spot to dine, even though there are great restaurants nearby makes the choice to eat alfresco and enjoy the view or dine out a hard one. The accommodation is within the main house sleeping 6 with 3 bedrooms and a separate studio apartment with it's own kitchen and bathroom, perfect for older teenagers or even the Grandparents to give them some space.

The studio apartment has twin beds – kitchen - large shower room with walk in shower, wc, basin and washing machine. This studio also has it's own balcony and sea views from all windows.

The large pool is protected from the sea breeze with glass windows forming a sun trap for those sun worshippers amongst us and still provides the stunning views directly out to sea and the harbour entrance. Tables and sun -loungers are provided. For walkers the house is close to the coastal path to LLuc Alcari and on to Deia and Valdamossa. The villa is only 5 minutes walk to Soller Port, from there you can chose from many boat trips to the local beauty spots or you can catch the old wooden tram into pretty Soller Town and then even a train to Palma. Or if you hire a car ( recommended), a 20 minutes car ride on beautiful coastal road brings you to Deia and a further 10 minutes to Valldemossa.

Maid service once per week – additional hours or staff can be arranged for an extra cost. A chef can also be arranged.

Parents must take full responsibility for their children on the balconies and round/in the pool.
Linen and towels are provided but not beach towels.
