A long drive way from the gated entrance leads through the very large gardens, which has a private pool and tennis court to the welcoming fountain at the villa entrance.  Cala Ferrara sandy cove, restaurants and shops are within a short walk away or Cala Sanau sandy coves which has a beach bar and sunbeds to hire is a few minutes drive away.

The entrance hallway to this Mallorca villa has a wonderful crystal chandelier and has cooling marble tile floors, as does the rest of the villa including comfortable furnishings and fittings. The accommodation offers 5 bedrooms, 2 double and 3 twin bedrooms and 3 family bathrooms.

Off the hallway of Casa Ferrera is an open plan living/dining room with Satellite TV (English-German channels), Playstation 2, DVD player, feature fireplace and French doors opening to the spacious garden and terrace.
The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with gas hob/oven, double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher and high quality crockery, there is also a large utility room, equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink, with an enclosed courtyard for drying laundry.

Also on the ground floor of this Mallorca villa just off the hallway are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with fitted wardrobes and a beautiful marble, bathroom with a raised, circular bath, double vanity, separate large shower, toilet, bidet and stained glass windows.

Upstairs, access by the wide marble staircase leads to a second lounge area offering great views across the gardens, pool and tennis court plus there are French doors opening on to an upper sun terrace. The master double bedroom suite offers a dressing area and lovely views. views. The other 2 twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and overlook the open countryside surrounding the villa.  There is a marble tiled bathroom with round jacuzzi bath, double vanity, toilet, bidet and stained glass windows and a recently installed further shower room.  All bedrooms have free-standing cooling fans and central heating for spring and Autumn breaks.

Outdoors at Casa Ferrera offers plenty of space for children to play with extensive lawn areas, the 12m swimming pool (12.00m-4.5m Depth 1.00m-2.00m) which has Roman steps, children’s pool slide and a tennis court.
