Can Vicente is a 3 bedroom villa in Pollensa, located in Los Encinares, Cala San Vicente, a small quiet residential area.
There are two sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters surrounded by imposing rocks only about 1 km away from the villa, and a local restaurant is just a short stroll away( 100 metres) There are more restaurants with international cuisine a little further walking distance.

A staircase leads to the large entrance terrace, with a small hallway into the open-plan lounge-diner, with TV-Sat / CD-Player / DVD and access to the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen. At the rear of the villa is the garden with a pine tree area, rustic plants and grass embedding the swimming pool (with a length of approx 10 m) and there is also a BBQ and table tennis.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and consists of with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, and 1 bathroom complete with a bath to the left of the lounge. The bedrooms have access to the spacious entrance terrace where you can feel the sea breeze and the smell of pine trees.
