Cala Tonina, Deia is a beautifully built Finca style house that looks out across the rooftops of the famous La Residencia Hotel to the picturesque Mallorcan village. This villa in Deia is only a short walk to the village, so it is an ideal villa holiday retreat. This 4 bedroom villa in Mallorca has been built in a traditional local finca style, with its double height entrance hall, canopied sitting area around an open fire, an evergreen oak dining table and a tranquil loggia with built in BBQ. There have been some recent upgrades and now offers 4 bedrooms each with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with either a bath or shower.

The new wing of this villa in Deia has its own private entrance from the courtyard and comprises of a large bedroom with two sets French windows overlooking the courtyard, a super-king size bed and a sitting area and flat screen TV. In a slightly raised level is a study area with ADSL and generous built-in wardrobes. From here there is access to a small private paved terrace with views towards the mountains and village. From the study area a flight of stairs takes you to the tower bathroom with views in all four directions to the mountains.

The advantage of the new wing with its own entrance allows these guests additional independence from the rest of the family group.

The master bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed made of local mulberry wood, an en-suite bathroom with perfume shelves and Jacuzzi. Bedroom 3 has can be either a king-size or twin, and Bedroom 4 has two singles with 2 extra pullout singles sleeping four and ideal for children. The new wing also has access back to the house via the hallway to the children’s shower-room and bedroom.

The sitting room has TV/video, music system and is centrally heated for those visiting in the cooler months.
There is a superbly designed and equipped kitchen with its Gaggenau and Miele appliances, its steam oven and Corian worktops plus a Miele washing/tumble drying machines in the utility room.
Outdoors the Pool area is private and enclosed with the adjacent covered terrace for taking a little shade.
