The accommodation consists of, six double, air-conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms, upstairs open plan living room, large outdoor living areas with two terraces, the pool terrace, and a roof top chill out area.

Bedrooms :
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs and three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. There is a further bedroom and en-suite bathroom in an annex very close to the main house. Two bedrooms can be twin beds or a King Size bed. Each bedroom has a iphone/ipod dock and hairdryer.

There is an Italian designer kitchen and a dining area with a large table to seat 12. The upstairs  living room has a 42" LCD TV, DVD, satellite TV and an ipod system. Downstairs is a separate kids play/DVD area , plus laundry room with washer and dryer.

The outdoor areas benefit from some tree shade, which can be very welcome in peak summer and the 12m pool terrace below the villa has dining , sun loungers and comfortable day bedor that afternoon siesta.

There are two more paved terraces surrounding the villa, and an ‘outside kitchen’ next to the villa with BBQ, fridge and basin. For additional entertainment, there is boules/petanca pitch.
