Villa Alegre has an uninterrupted beachfront view from each and ever room in the house.  There is also a generously sized pool deck for you to relax and take in the beautful scenery.  The five large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, are artisticly decorated to perfection and are perfect for relaxing.  The largest bedroom, the master bedroom, is located upstairs where views of the stunning mountains can be taken in from. 

Not only does villa Alegre have the expected rooms of a kitchen, TV room, dining room, living rooms both indoor and outdoor but there is also an outdoor built-in BBQ, guest bathrooms, personnel bedroom and a walk in fridge for additional space.  Villa Alegre also comes complete with a gym, laundry room, storage room, a very large garden and a garage with space built for two cars. 

Your meals can be enjoyed either inside or outside in the lovely outdoor seating area with gorgeous views of the sea and nearby mountains.  The brilliantly placed location of the house allows a wonderful view of the sea and the Island Formentera.

The house is situated within the Urbanisation of Vista Alegre in the area of Escubels.

It is a 10 minute drive from the airport and the centre of town and very close to many desirable locations such as Es Torent beach, Sacaleta beach, Cala Jundal, Blue Marlin, Salinas beach and many more
