Apes Hill Club is a partnership between Sir Charles Williams, the owner of the largest construction company in Barbados, and Landmark Land Company, one of the most prestigious community, golf and resort developers in the world. When completed, the community will have only 200 single family homes and 150 cluster units.

Of the 470 acres, 65% will remain as open space. The land plan ensures that a home purchaser can enjoy space, with single-family lots ranging in size from 1/3 of an acre to 1 ¼ acres.
