The majority of villas in Mustique welcome children of all ages, with some having dedicated children's rooms such as Frangipani, Yemanja Phibblestown amongst others. One of the most unique aspects of the villas on Mustique is the dedicated and friendly staff. There is a full time cook, maid and gardener at each villa and most of the larger villas have a butler and additional personnel as required. They are available 7 days a week and take care of your every requirement from all housekeeping aspects, to the preparation and serving of each meal, mixing cocktails, a turndown service and arrangements for activities where needed.  To ensure the highest levels of service, regular training is arranged and this includes the annual visit of the Guild of British Butlers for an intense two week course. 

Mustique is only 3 miles long and just over a mile wide and offers peace, tranquillity and security against a lush, tropical backdrop of unspoilt beauty. The island is surrounded by stunning, undeveloped beaches including the famous Macaroni Bay on the Atlantic side – ideal for surfing and Lagoon Bay on the Caribbean Sea for calm, gentle swimming. Mustique’s famous picnics prepared by your personal cook make a great option for lunch, after which, take a gentle stroll along Simplicity and Pasture Bays, or discover hidden coves such as Gelliceaux Bay.

Although the island of Mustique is small, it still has a variety of fabulous activities for visitors to enjoy. There are 6 flood-lit  tennis courts, an equestrian centre offering wonderful island tours and holiday time pony camps for children, snorkelling off the protected reef surrounding the island, nature hikes and mountain bike rentals. There is a good selection of non-motorised watersports including kayaking and wind surfing as well as sailing trips to explore the outer Grenadine Islands such as Bequia and the famous Tobago Cays. For underwater enthusiasts, there are around 20 dive sites near Mustique and PADI-sanctioned courses from beginner to dive master level are also available.

Britannia Bay is the location of the very popular Basil's Bar, which is a great place to have lunch, dinner or meet some your fellow visitors - don't miss the mid-week "jump-up" with live music it always proves to be a memorable evening.

There are no direct flights to the island of Mustique, but smaller aircrafts provide scheduled or private charters from Barbados, which can be easily arranged. You are met as you come off the aircraft and there is a separate connecting flight area. Bags are tagged with yellow ribbons for easy identification to avoid any delays in getting you settled in your luxury Mustique villa. Upon arrival to the island everyone is met by the staff of The Mustique Villa Company, who assist with immigration and escort you to your chosen accommodation.
