Ottleys Plantation, St Kitts is a romantic privately owned hotel that has been lovingly restored from the original 18th century 35 acre sugar plantation. There are 24 comfortable rooms/suites in total, including the 2 bedroom Grand Villa, all furnished in traditional English, Colonial style and located in 8 separate buildings set in manicured gardens and lush emerald green lawns. The large deluxe rooms in the Great House are typical of real plantation living, with their mahogany doors, polished floors and shuttered windows, combined with the wicker and carved mahogany furniture, and local art.

Cottages
9 Supreme Rooms and 2 Deluxe Rooms are located in 5 cottages on the parameter of property, with either king or queen bed and views towards the sea. Supreme Rooms are spacious with Italian tiled bathrooms including a jacuzzi, terrace with sun deck and a private plunge pool. Deluxe Rooms are very spacious with private terrace. Room No. 16 to 26.
The Grand Villa
The Grand Villa comprises 3 inter-connecting Supreme Rooms, one of which is made up as a sitting room with kitchen, cloakroom and sofa bed. This accommodation may also be reserved as a 2 room villa with kitchen for stays of 7 nights or more. Room No. 22/23/24.
Stone Cottage
2 Standard Rooms are located in an original stone cottage adjacent to the Great House; quite small with 1 queen bed, terrace and private garden at the rear. Room No. 10 and 11.
The Great House
9 spacious Deluxe Rooms (room No. 1-9) located in the historic Great House, either 1 king or 2 queen beds, expansive balcony or terrace, views of the gardens and ocean beyond.
The English Cottage
Consists of 1 Standard Room with 2 twin beds or a king bed. This interconnects to a Supreme Room with 1 queen bed and private terrace with jacuzzi.
This can is rented as either a cottage with 2 rooms - Royal Suite or a Supreme Room. Room No. 12 and 14.
Royal Suite
2 Deluxe Rooms adjoin 2 Supreme Rooms to form a Royal Suite which represents the most exclusive accommodation at Ottleys and therefore comprises 2 bedrooms, a choice of sitting area, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi and a plunge pool. Room No. 16/17 and 18/19.

Dress code
Casual during the day. In the evening 'smart casual' attire - no shorts or jeans. Men in collared shirts. Jacket and tie are never required. Evenings can be cool, so light jacket or shawl is advisable, especially during winter months.
