Beach and Lagoon Cottages
The one and two-bedroom Beach and Lagoon Cottages (5 one bedroom, 6 two bedroom) have a total living area of 1,110 square feet and 1,711 square feet respectively and open directly onto the beach or lagoon.
The Cottages feature a large porch, stone cut patio, louvered windows and double doors, which invite indoor and outdoor living. The bathrooms have a deep, claw foot tub and double washbasins. The kitchens feature polished concrete countertops and the latest appliances from Smeg's 50's style retro line; the oven and stovetop are designed by Italian architect, Renzo Piano.
Lagoon Suites
The Lagoon Suites extend four feet over the resort's signature lagoon and appear to be floating. Each Lagoon Suite provides guests with direct access to the water from a private dock and also features a secluded garden with outdoor lounge area. Guests enter on the large veranda, which has direct access to the water and gives each of these suites the feeling of being built into the natural landscape.
The custom-made bed faces out onto the water and overlooks Santa Maria Island. The bathroom is complete with a claw foot tub, double wash basins and polished concrete countertops and floors. From the bathroom, guests can access the garden and private outdoor shower area.
The Fleming Villa
The Fleming Villa feature the original three-bedroom home, plus two new poolside cottages, a private swimming pool, media room and bar, sunken garden and direct access to the private Fleming Beach.
Original Villas
The collection of two original villas built by Chris Blackwell, Villa One (Honeychile) and Villa two (Tiffany Case & Domino) have been artfully refit and feature either a private outdoor bath or shower.
One bedroom Cottage
One bedroom Cottage (Honeychile) One of the original cottages on property boasting a queen-sized bed, living are with kitchen and large doors that open out from the living room and on to a private patio with two very comfortable deck chairs overlooking the point the sea curves into the lagoon. Can accommodate 2 adults with an extra adult or 2 children in Living area.
Two Bedroom Villa
Two Bedroom Villa (Tiffany Case and Domino): A perfect villa for a family or two couples. Small kitchen and separate lounge/entertainment area with large futon (Suitable for youngsters) Bath with Ocean view from tub. Veranda over looking the sea. Private gardens with sundeck and lagoon access. The Domino Room - One King-bed, upstairs, large stone bathtub, huge doors that open to a spectacular sea view. The Tiffany Case Room, One queen-bed downstairs, bathroom with large outdoor rain shower. Can accommodate up to 4 adults (2 per room). A crib or cot can be placed in either room. The TV room can be made up to sleep an adult, or up to two kids.
Dining
The menus at GoldenEye's two new restaurants, headed up by Chef Conroy Arnold, deliver traditional Jamaican specialties as well as international cuisine.
Spa and Fitness
Former Jamaican Olympic triathlete, Iona Wynter Parks, leads activities programming. Wynter's fun, fitness-focused experiences range from rafting and Jet Ski Leg & Ab workouts, to Stretch & Snorkel classes and triathlon training. Uniquely inspirational and experiential activities include moon yoga, Jamaican dance, coral restoration and stargazing.
